FAQs

We offer linQsupply® as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution. You can choose between two models:

Business Light with a Prepaid quota – here you will get after receipt of your order, an invoice from us via your chosen tier. As soon as the payment is received, your quota will be unlocked.

Business Plus in the monthly subscription, please contact us in advance for a quote with all of the terms and conditions. As soon as your order is received, you will receive an order confirmation from us and your subscription begins.

You have purchased a pre-paid quota, this is in any case valid for 12 months and ends after the expiry of the 12 months. A Prepaid quota is not callable. Before the expiration of your quota you will receive a message from us, to be able, if necessary, in a timely manner a new Prepaid quota order.

A monthly subscription will be extended automatically, but it is at any time-to-month basis.

Notes to the payment modalities

The prices are expressed in Euro and are exclusive of the statutory value-added tax.
The billing is done monthly in advance for the subscription Version.
The Prepaid Version requires a one-time upfront payment for the included documents.
The validity of the Prepaid Version starts from the date of activation.
